Did you use a lawyer?
No, I did everything myself. I spent a few hours researching the application and options. Here are a few useful links:
Is this the exact the application you submitted?
Yes, word for word. All names and institutions in the document have been fictionalized for privacy reasons. All the rest is an exact copy of an EB-1A application that was approved in less than two weeks by the USCIS. We do not include the I-140 and I-485 forms in our kits. Those forms are quite straightforward to fill out, and mostly contain a number of fields with personal information.
How long did it take to be accepted?
I used the Premium Processing option for the EB-1A. My application was approved in less than two weeks and I had my Green Card 3 months later.
Why are you doing this?
Lawyers are extremely too expensive. Other DIY your packages are still rather expensive (>$100) and I believe their quality is rather poor. I want to provide you with the cheapest option and best chance to get your application approved.
How did you send it to USCIS?
I printed the application with all exhibits of supporting references for the criteria. This is all organized in the available green card template. I put the entire document in a box and shipped via USPS.
What happens after I pay via PayPal?
After you pay via PayPal, you will receive a full 40-page application example by email in less than 1 hour. Please make sure you provide a valid email address. If you have problems paying via PayPal, send us a note on the homepage.
Please note, you do not need to create a PayPal account to pay (you can pay via credit/debit card).
